In a newspaper I once read an odd article about softdrugs. The title:"A lot of misunderstanding about softdrugs" referred to the so-called innocence of use. Softdrugs, according to the writer is harmless. From my study: "Drugs and alcohol" to the well known C.D.B. in 1985 at Balkbrug, I knew that according reliable experts (Drs. W. Jurg, Jkvr. Dr. E. de Marees van Swinderen, Dr. K.F. Gunning) the opposite was true and still is! So I came into action by writing a newspaper article about the real dangers of drugs- and alcohol abuse. Fortunately, this article was placed in a house to house newspaper. In this chapter you can read my article:

MUCH MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT SOFTDRUGS

There is still much misunderstanding about softdrugs among young people, the elderly and people with care and appropriate professional. Therefore, proper scientific evidence is very important. Softdrugs means: hashish and marijuana. Other names for marijuana are: Weed, Love weed, mary, kif, kief, grass, smoke, bush etc. They are from the female hemp plant (cannabis sativa). Marijuana consists of the dried parts, especially the upper leaves and flowers. Hashish consists of the dried resin of this plant.

How innocent the plant may also look for many people: the term softdrugs is misplaced. It's just by the use of this term, that there is much misunderstanding in the world. For most people it's a harmless drug, you can experience it one time. Because of the tolerant Dutch drug policy a lot of coffeeshops are arise, where softdrugs openly is sold and used. Only the term "soft" and connive allow use, more and more young people are in great risk to become victims of a drug which lead them to downfall. Anyone who believes in innocent drugs believes in fairy tales, as "soft" drugs don't exists. The most important scholars of the International Narcotics Control Board of America, therefore places a large question mark over the distinction made by hard- and softdrugs. The danger of using softdrugs is proven by the following scientific facts.

The active substance in hemp products are: delta-9-tetra-hydrocannabinol (D9 THC). The hash contains 4-10 percent THC, average of 7 %. One gram contains average 70 MG THC, enough for 10 people to become "high". Marijuana contains average 1 percent 10 MG THC. This substance has the property to sticking in the brains, like a grease spot. According to dr. K.F. Gunning, physician and chairman of the national drug prevention committee, the brains (mainly the "liquor spaces") are very fat. This means in practice, that any use of hemp products remain spots on the brains. This continues for month's after-effects and repeat use makes this spot larger. Even after one smoke, the traces of THC haven't disappeared after one year. By repeat use, new spots are coming in your body, while old spots are not yet fully disappeared.

Research has proven that the brain cells in the CSF spaces are damaged or ruined by the use of hemp products. Once the brain cells are damaged, they made no new one and aren't replaceable. The harmful effects by the use of hemp products include: memory disturbances, decreasing self-criticism, weakened resistance, reduction of mental and physical skills, urge to isolation, anxiety, psychosis, panic, disorder of white blood cells, brain damage, difficulty in learning by memory impairment in short, damage of lungs, endoctrine, the basic structure of the cells, damage to reproductive organs, which newborn children are suffering, personal neglect and the same effect as using tobacco, such as cardiovascular disease, heart attack, high blood pressure, etc.

A large dose of D9- THC can effect short periods of insanity, accompanied with hallucinations

and confusion. By damage to bone marrow reduces resistance to infectious diseases. The use of hemp products also opens the door to the use of harddrugs (including heroin, cocaine). Cannabis also is not a drug (medicine), like many people think. The Health Councils has found no convincing evidence that cannabis is a healing effect. And the adverse effects are too large to be used as medicine. Dr. K.F. Gunning wrote: "Medication aim to heal, not to damage." (Oct '97/ CDB uitg.) The government and other appropriate authorities are responsible to help people and not to damage them. Open drug ads (where hemp products are for sale) should be banned even as sales and use. Actually, the term softdrugs must disappear, because it does not exist. Believing in softdrugs believes in the existence of fairy tales. The use of softdrugs is similar to play with fireworks.

This was the article in the newspaper. Meanwhile the T.H.C. levels are even higher than in the past and even more dangerous! There are even more concentrations in Nederhash with an average of 33%! Softdrugs is not "soft", but a tough destroyer of health!!

Aus diesem Grund nicht mehr finden Sie in Schwierigkeiten. Sehen Sie nicht mehr Rückschläge. Nicht mehr sehen, was kann oder auch nicht in Ihrem Leben geschieht. Sehen Sie bis zu glauben, zu dem lebendigen Gott, die mit dir ist, und stärkt und die Ihr helft und bei Ihm ist alles möglich. Gott segne Sie. Amen!

How to proof? 1) Matthew 1:23 says: "Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son..." (King James Version). The Hebrews word "Alma" = Virgin. 2) Matthew 1:18 says: "Now the birth of Jesus Christ..." The Greek word: "Parthenos" = Propagate without impregnation. 3) Matthew 1:18 and 20 says: "...she was found with child of the Holy Ghost...Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost..."

What is the sentence of life?

What is the sentence of life?

Beloved brothers, sisters and friends, it's so wonderful to be in a meeting in the name of Jesus Christ, The Name, above all names. As you can see, I've taken along a withered flower. Perhaps you will wonder yourself why I've done that, right? Because, it's fair to say that this belongs in the trash at home or in a rubbish dump and probably not on this nice pulpit. Everyone knows that this once was a tiny seed and became a beautiful flower. We can't say it anymore, it's withered and died. And it's also with the life of a human being, with yours and my life. There is a time of coming and a time of going. Life is so short. God promised us a lifetime of 70 years and for the strong ones 80 years. There are people who become more than 100 year.
The message which I bring out of mercy is called: What is the sentence of life. Let's look up God's bridal word in John 1:1-12. It's an so well known scripture, but oh so important.
Verse 1 says: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself." PAY ATTENTION! The word for WORD is in Greek LOGOS! Logos means: sentence, significance, intention, useful sentence. We may also read according Rev.D.Voordewind: "IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS A FUNDAMENTAL INTENTION AND THIS WAS BY GOD AND WAS DIVINE."

What means sentence or useful sentence? It means: desire, opinion and judgment. But that's not what I mean, neither in the sense of SERVICEABILITY. For some serviceability can be something without any sentence. What I mean is: THE WHY. Why do I live? Useful sentence has to do with present and future. The future vision determines your life now. Do you see a dark future, than now you also live in there. Do you see your life as meaningless, than you live in the darkness. *

Let me give you an example of vacuity. Image, a fourteen year old girl, whose parents is divorced, and sees that her life is miserable and depressing. At school she meets a wrong friend, who says to her: "I know the answer to your problems. Have some marijuana. She begins with a sticky and ends with addiction to heroin." So goes this with 95% of the drug addicts. In the U.S, thousands of teenagers are running away from home, without ever coming back. Many of them walk into the addiction to drugs. Let's go back to that girl. One day, she took the strongest drug: L.S.D. the Consequence is that she thought she can fly and jumps of 10 high downwards. Her life ended in a small box under de ground. Every person who finds there life is senselessness walks in darkness. If he doesn't get any help, it will end sad for him. Let me tell you this: that the suicidal attempts still increase in the world, especially in Holland.

The senselessness is an epidemic in whole Europe. Particularly in Sweden, Hungary, Yugoslavia and Netherlands. Over which therapy we also speak, the social workers are confronted with 60% about this problem. According to rev. D.Voordewind (who has had lessons from Frankl), the psychiatrist Viktor Frankl use the useful sence-therapy and with this he has treated 12.000 persons in 4 years time. In EACH case he noticed that people find there life miserable and depressing. Psychiatrist Frankl noticed in Austria that 20% of the population is dealing with this problem. 90% of all alcoholics find their life senselessness. And then we haven't count the drug addicts also. Almost half of all youngsters find their life meaningless. These data are a sign on the wall!! And what will we do? Do we let this problem become bigger or do we try to do something against? Do you have a reply for them who find their life miserable and depressing? Don't forget, THAT YOU FIRST HAVE TO FIND AN ANSWER FOR YOURSELF!! Why?

How can you or I help someone if we haven't found the answer for our own lives? If you have no reply over what's the sentence of your life, than you choose unconsciously for senselessness. Dr. Jung discovered that one third of the patients are having problems about the sentence of life, and therefore have become neurotic or psychotic. If you don't know the meaning of these words, you can look it up calmly in the dictionary. If you think your life is meaningless, then there is still a bigger problem. "A sick person, who has lost the courage to live... will die from an ordinary flu." Bruno Betleheim sat in the Second World War in an extermination camp. He discovered that a large group of prisoners, THOSE WHO DIED FIRST had no believe, courage or sentence in life. Yes, all of this can be the consequence. If you're someone who also has a problem about the sentence of life, see from this moment of its seriousness. LEARNING FROM God's precious Bridal Word: WHAT IS THE SENTENCE OF YOUR LIFE.

WHAT IS THE SENTENCE OF YOUR LIFE?

If we want to know the sentence of life, then we must go back to the source of useful sentence. We must discover the truth about the meaning of life. The truth certainly can't be found in the world. You can live foolish in the world, be licentious, but that is temporarily. That is a temporary pleasure. Your life has to be useful (fruitful), today and for eternal. The Bible says in John 1:4: "In the Word was Life, and the life was the Light of men." Useful sentence has to do with the life. You have sentence in the life. God is the Source of life, of ETERNAL life. John 3:16: "That whosoever believeth in Jesus Christ, Son of God, should not perish, but have ETERNAL LIFE." God is the Source of Life, of useful sentence. We read in John 1:1 that Life comes from God. Why? For He is the Source of Life. He is the Creator of people, of yours and mine.

* LET ME GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE. One night a criminal walked on the street in search for a "job". He walked along "our car" and read the Bible Scripture that was on it: "Come to Me, all who are tired and have burden." At that moment he's having problems about the sentence of life, came to visit us and gave his life to Christ. I'm thinking of the prostitute, of which it was said that she never would come to conversion, but who accepted Christ in her life on one evening. What these two persons have had in common was that they no longer see the sentence of life. WHAT WE LEARN FROM THIS IS THAT IT HAS SENTENCE TO LIVE. THE SENTENCE OF LIFE IS:

A: You are created in God's image, formed by God to enjoy LIFE, THE CREATION. THE ENTIRE CREATION HAS BEEN TURNED FOR PEOPLE, INTO HONOUR OF GOD'S NAME.

B: TO STUDY YOURSELF, WHO YOU ARE. YOU ARE CREATED BY GOD, AND MAY STUDY YOUR CREATION.

C: THE SENTENCE OF YOUR LIFE IS: THAT YOU, ABOVE ALL COME TO KNOW YOUR CREATOR, BUT NOT ONLY TO KNOW. THAT'S SO DISTANTLY. GOD wants you to have a relationship with Him. A live relation. For that you are also created.

In the Garden of Eden, The first humans had a living relation with the Creator. Those have been broken by the sin. But... the reason that Christ Jesus, God's Son has died for the sin and debt, you and I may experience the living relation again.

* I WILL GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF THIS.

A father and son once lived in a conflict. They had quarreled with each other. The son was running away from home. One day the father arrived in the hospital and lay on die. The mother wrote a letter to her son, asking him to come to the hospital for visiting his father. As the son stood at the bed of his father, the mother took the hands of both and linked them together. The long-term quarrel was ended from that moment on. What this mother did, was what Jesus has done on Calvary for you and the Father. There He stretched out His pierced hands to you, me, the entire world and the Father. By Its sacrifice the debt has been paid and the relation repaired.

If you accept this sacrifice YOUR LIFE HAS EFFECTIVELY SENSE. YOU LIVE NO LONGER IN DARKNESS, BUT IN THE LIGHT AND CAN ENJOY YOUR LIFE. So, what you can learn from this powerful message is that a life without a relation with your Creator, the God of heaven and earth, is a useless life. Prof. W. Jurg once said that in a senseless life there is no reality, but where a truth is, there is also a meaningful life. Well, Jesus Christ said to us: "I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE!"

These three words together form the meaning of what is useful sentence: It is LIFE, Life in freedom, eternal life... You live to enjoy your Life. The TRUTH. Perhaps you say: "Br. Voordewind, what is the truth? The truth is: The One, born out of the virgin Maria, died for our sin and debt and arises from the death. And then the last thing: Useful-sentence on THE WAY. If you walk on The Way, which lead you to eternal life, to the heavenly paradise, then there is no reason to worry about a dark future, but all the more A REASON IN order to LIVE.

If you are someone who says: "I have now received the answer what is the meaning of my life, but yet not having a relationship with your Creator, I invite you to come forwards to the altar. I should say: "Limp no longer on two thoughts- whether I should or shouldn't do it- but take your decision now! Also for people who are addicted to alcohol or drugs or any other addiction, bound on weaknesses, sins or diseases, I have GOOD NEWS for you. Oh, perhaps your chains are so stuck. But what do I hear as it were, A Voice between those chains that clank? It's as if I hear the Voice of Christ Who says: "IT IS ACCOMPLISHED!" He has Accomplished all your sins, diseases and weaknesses on that cross at Calvary. He paid the prices and you may live in victory. Beloved listener, every person will have to deal with disappointments in his/her life. There are people who are disappointed in other people, in a church, pastor or friends.There are also many people disappointed in a lottery. They thought of buying 1 lot, one million to win. Regrettably. A disappointment means that you don't get what you expect.
To a certain expectation is not answered. Oh, maybe you are disappointed in something at this moment. You didn't get what you wished. Perhaps you ask: "Brother Voordewind, what should I do?"

Well, the Bible gives the answer. In the Bible, in Luke, chapter 24, I read that there were two men walking on the street who were very disappointed. They were hoping that Jesus Christ would redeem the people of Israel from Roman domination. But instead, The Lord Jesus was arrested, condemned and crucified to a rough wooden cross with the result that He died. All hope in them was disappeared.

But... while they were on their way to a village with tearful eyes, it was Jesus Christ, Who was accompanying them. And Jesus explained to them from the Scripture that the Messiah had to suffer all these things before entering into His glory, so that everyone who believes in Him will live forever.

While Jesus gave them the good news, they again have hope. Their eyes were opened, they recognized Him and the Lord Jesus lived with them again. Yes the disappointment disappeared as snow in the sun when their eyes were opened and they saw that Jesus was not dead but alive. The feeling of disappointment will also be over if you believe in what the Bible says and you know that the Living Jesus Christ is with you and everything in your life will succeed. Believe that Jesus is alive. Come to Him. Accept Him in your life. Be a follower of Jesus and tell Him your pain and disappointments. He also will comfort you and be with you in all circumstances.
Let no wrong and too high expectations in your life, but expects everything to the will of God and He never lets you down.

Dear listener, I was once visiting a  family that didn't go to a church. The man and woman said that their baby was sick and had very high fever. The doctor had been, but the fever remained high.
And that's certainly not good. I asked the couple to go up to pray for the baby. Not because I suddenly could feel something special or a special gift to have. I did not play on my feelings, but my faith in Jesus Christ! There are those believers who say, "I must first feel something for the Lord to do. I must first feel for someone to pray ... "They forget that in the first place to faith. I read in the Bible: "And Jesus came into Peter's house and saw his mother lying sick of a fever. And he took her hand and the fever left her ... "(Matthew 8:14,15). The Lord Jesus saw that the lady had a fever and he did not say, "If I feel something special I'll do it." No, he saw and took action by going to her and her healing. Then said the Lord in Johannes14: "Whoever believes in me, the works that I do shall he do also." As a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, I was moved about one who had a fever, and I did the same as my Master, by going to the bed of the sick. The parents were pleased with the baby that I would pray with me and ran upstairs. As I stood beside the cot, I took the boldness to pray for the baby. No, no I prayed long and important prayers, but short and simple. It is with God not to the length of a prayer. As long as there is nothing wrong with your mouth, you can pray for someone without fuss. The result was that the high fever suddenly disappeared and the baby was healed in the Name of Jesus! And know that the parents were stunned. Their beloved baby after praying again healthy and vibrant! The Lord Jesus did a miracle in a family that Sunday is not a church. And you see again how the Lord a lot of secular people, and that divine healing is not just for Christians and church is. Not long after the miracle, people visited this lovely gatherings. The Lord did a miracle and she got the urge to go to a church. So that was also good. Praise the Lord!

What I mean is this testimony: step out in faith and pray for and with someone who is ill, in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. Doubt not but believe that the Lord hears and answers your prayer even in his time. I wish you God's mighty blessings. Amen!

Dear listener. Beloved listener, you think you're worth nothing? Are you according to other people "a piece of dirt"? Perhaps people have downtrodden and humiliated you, because they find you ugly, antisocial, junk or worthless.
Perhaps you are not beloved by your family, friends, acquaintances or other people. Their talk about you is humiliating. According to them you will never achieve anything in life. Oh, you feel inner pain. You have sorrow. But nobody may see your tears, you feel very inferior. What should you do? My dear friend or girlfriend, it's not by chance that you listen to this powerful message. I have wonderful news for you. The people I have described have held the wrong mirror before you! For example! Have you ever been in a room where all types of laugh mirrors stood? Before one mirror, your face was very long and before another mirror it is very broad. In each mirror you saw another look. There were many mirrors. There was not one mirror which showed your real look. Do you know what I mean? There was nothing wrong with you, but with the mirrors.

These mirrors were distorted and not you.
It's bad when people showing you "a wrong mirror" through their words and actions. By showing you a "wrong" mirror, after a while you believed their words. They said: "You are a piece of garbage." The result was that you began to believe that you're "garbage". Don't believe in the lies of others anymore. The Living God finds you unique and valuable. Perhaps you say: "But I am a sinner and God hates me."No! God hates the sin, but never the sinner. For God so intensely loved you, that He gave up His only begotten Son for your sins to die. Read in the Bible the scriptures in John 3: 16.

God greatly loved you that He wants you to have eternal life. For free! And... you are not originating of the monkeys. The Bible says: "For you did form my inward parts; you did knit me together in my mother's womb. I will confess and praise You for You are fearful and wonderful and for the awful wonder of my birth..." (Psalm 139: 13-14). It is God who created you. Maybe by people you do not count but the Living God does. His Son, Jesus Christ wants to be your Friend.

How do you come into contact with him? Do this: kneel down somewhere, ask Jesus to live into your heart and renew everything. Tell Him your pain and sorrow. Read the Bible. Especially the Gospel to John. Believe the Bible and ... Do what the Bible tells you to do. The Bible is the real "mirror". He finds you wonderful.

When you've found Jesus, then you have found a very, very, best Friend, who loves and accepts you. In His presence you can be yourself. You are unique. "So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him, male and female. He created them. And God blessed them... and God saw His creation and it was very good..." (Genesis1).

Dear listener. During one of our prayer meetings, I was asked if I wanted to pray for an African teenager who was also present. He looked ill. It went definitely not well with him. While I put my hands on him and prayed for him, I felt that nothing happened.
The Lord could heal him at that time, but nothing happened. Why not? The Lord God wanted to show His power on a much larger manner. After all, what was the result? This boy became more ill. Yes, it was so bad that a few days later he was incorporated urgently in the hospital. The doctors noted: Malaria! Many people died because of this disease. During the meeting on Sunday morning I proposed, that we all prayed for him in faith. During the spiritual fight in prayer for healing, I experienced in the Spirit: Victory. And that proved to be true! The Living god had this boy, who lay there sick on bed in the hospital, completely healed!! During the blood test no more malaria was found. There was much talking about this miracle. Of course there were also jealous outsiders who do not believe this miracle. There was a preacher who said to the people that this boy could not have had malaria. He found that the boy was cured too quickly, as if the Living God could do no wonder for him! But my beloved wife had personally asked information about him in the hospital and she was told that he had actually malaria but suddenly it was disappeared.

The Living God had healed him from distance of malaria! Praise the Lord!

But what I want to tell you with this testimony is:" Do not doubt and believe that Jesus Christ wants to heal you if you are sick."The Bible said in Psalm 103 verse 3: "Who forgives all iniquities, Who heal all your diseases." Forgiveness and healing of the Living God go hand in hand.

As God's anointed servant, I say to you: "Receive at this moment Divine healing from the top of your head skull to the soles of your feet in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ. Receive it Now and stand up in belief!

Dear listener. Open your heart for the Living God. I have fantastic news for you if it storms in your life. The life of a human resembles a ship, which sail on World Sea. The life of a human resembles a ship that sails on the waves of the sea.
When the waves are quiet, people are also calm. Everything is favourable. One has a beautiful car, house or whatever. And one doesn't think of God. But it suddenly storms.There are problems!

The waves are getting more turbulent and start becoming harsher to storm. The ship is swinging to all sides and water is coming in the ship. Oh, dear friends, perhaps you are someone who is itself, at this moment in a storm. You're having problems. Yes, your life ship is swinging. The waves of problems are becoming higher and higher. The helm is breaking off. You don't know which side you should go. You've tried to come out of your difficulties, but nothing helped. Your situation seems hopeless. The end is near. Your life ship threatens to sink. What do you have to do? You may have a bleeding heart of grief. The doctor might have said:" Take some rest tablets."

But ... A man on a sinking ship needs more than rest tablets. A man in trouble needs more than alcohol or drugs. Oh, the devil shows beautiful advertises of drinks. But what he doesn't show is: an addict at the side of the road with a broken marriage and a damaged liver. Please listen: "In this hour of despair, is there One who thinks to you." There is One who sees your misery. There is One who wants dry your tears. There is one who wants and can help you. His name is: Jesus Christ. Now, at this moment He stretches His hands to you. Yes, to you. And He wants to save you of the sinking ship. Oh, come right now to Jesus as you are. Tell Him all your pain and misery. Ask Him for forgiveness. Believe that He hears and answers your prayer. Bring Him all your problems, misery, disease and pain. And do not forget that He helps you and will be with you in all circumstances. How it also storms in your life: Come to Jesus at this moment. Give your life to Him and follow Him.

Dear listener. When someone is sick, the patient receives a written recipe of the doctor and obtains the medication of the pharmacy. God's written recipe is His Word: The Bible. The Bible is not a medical or a psychological book. The Bible is God's voice, God's Word.
For the Bible is 100% reliable, 100% faultless and 100% the Truth. God always tell the truth. The Bible has all the answers for your problems. Which problems do you have? Are you very solitary, deserted or deceived? Have you lost your purpose in life? Are you sick, afraid, addicted, depressive, or heartily wounded?

Has the force of sin and unrighteousness taken possession of you?

Oh, The Living God sends me at this moment to you to report the good news. I have a message for you of result and salvation! My message is: God's recipe for your problems is ... The Bible! Neither God nor I are against doctors. However... God's recipe for your sins and unrighteousness is not a white pill. God's recipe for your guilt feelings isn't white powder or drinks on liquor basis. I tell you the color is 'red', because the Bible says: "And the blood of Jesus, His Son, cleanses us from all sin and guilt." (1 John 1:7). Yes, God had transferred It's words in acts. Which actions?

By His Son Jesus Christ sent to this world to die for all our sins, diseases and sorrow. Jesus was crucified and died out of love for us on that rough wooden cross at Golgotha! But ... Fortunately He has risen from the dead and lives! He came so you can live and get abundance. What problems you have, no matter how large they also are: Come to Jesus, do not doubt! Pray along with me on this great moment: "Oh, Lord Jesus. I come to You as I am. I believe and have faith in You. I accept You as my Savior en Redeemer. Forgive me. Clean me from all my sins with Your blood. I will follow You and help me to follow You. I thank You, I am as from this moment on your child and indefinitely been saved.
Yes, bring your problems to Jesus. Never forget: God's recipe for solution of all your problems is ... the Bible and above all: Jesus Christ! God's recipe for you at this moment is: For a deep fallen sinner there is also forgiveness. No problem is too large or Jesus is larger. No heart is too broken or Jesus can heal it. No disease so serious or Jesus can heal it. No situation is too hopeless or Jesus gives hope and no "night" is too dark or Jesus gives light.

Can't anyone give you the answer? Jesus is the Answer. I wish you God's love, strength and all blessing. Amen

Dear listener. You have experienced it already sometimes, that you walked on a sunny day in the street. If you stood with your back towards the sun, your shadow is in front of you. And every step you did was a step in the shadow. But... if you turned round and the sun was in front of you, than the sun was in back of you and every step you made was a step in the light.
What I want to say is:

Millions of people mentally walk in the darkness. They don't have inner quiet and peace. Their heart is empty. They have been as it were bound to chains of sin. Do you know what sin is? Sin is the disobedience to the Living God. Sin is when you say that you don't need the Lord Jesus. Sin is stealing, lying, deceiving, wrong thoughts, hating, disputing, to do someone grieve or pain etc. Oh maybe you ask: "BUT IF GOD EXISTS, WHY ARE THERE STILL WARS? Listen, if God took away all wars at this moment, than TOMORROW, however, there will be
someone who starts a quarrel and throw a bomb.

Perhaps you ask: "WHY IS THERE POVERTY IN THIS WORLD?" Listen: When God took care of the poverty, than there will be someone who thinks he has too little and steal it from someone else.

Yes, the Living God has created every person, you included, with a freeborn will. You have the choice whether or not to step out of the darkness. You have the freely choice whether or not to be a follower of Jesus Christ. My message is: "STEP OUT OF THE DARKNESS. DO NOT WALK IN THE DARKNESS, STEP INTO THE LIGHT. And Who is the true Light? The Bible says: "... Jesus ... said: "I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me will not be walking in the dark, but will have the Light which is life." John chapter 8 verse 12.

As long as you have the shadow BEHIND you on a sunny day, every step you make will be a step in sunny light. As long as you follow Jesus, the true Light, YOU NEVER MORE WALK IN DARKNESS! JESUS says: "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. You have only one life to give. Stop to walk in darkness and come into the Light, out of shadow into sunlight. It's only one step you have to do. It is one step to turn round from the darkness to the light. Do it Now, not tomorrow. Come to Jesus as you are, ask Him forgiveness and let Him cleans you with It's beloved and precious Blood. Follow Jesus and you will never more walk in the darkness.

Dear listener. This very important message is for people who desire for the wonder-working divine strength of the Holy Spirit! The Bible says: "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you ..." (Acts 1:8).
The Greek word for "power" is "dunamis".

The power of the Living God isn't just a power. God's power is "dunamis". And "dunamis"means: "The dynamic working strength of God." God's strength is wonder-working. And by Gods strenght/dunamis marvelous miracles takes place. And a miracle is: something what cannot happen by human resources! Oh, I am writing about the greatest power resource! Dunamis is the strongest power on earth! And ... The Living God wants to give it to you.

Hij geeft dat door de Heilige Geest te geven aan de christe¬nen. Maar het eerste wat ieder mens nodig heeft om dunamis te ontvangen is: redding door Jezus Christus Ben je nog niet gered? Geloof in Hem. Neem Hem aan in je leven, heb berouw van je zonden, belijdt je zonden, en.... volg Jezus. En als je dit alles gedaan hebt, dan is het ook voor u mogelijk om vervuld te zijn met de Zalving van de Heilige Geest.
De Heilige Geest geeft kracht (dunamis), om een getuigen te zijn van Jezus Christus. Hij is de Trooster in tijden van ver¬driet. Hij helpt bij het bidden. Hij werkt heiligend. Ja, de Heilige Geest bewerkt wonderen.

The greatest miracle is: het miracle of salvation. Moreover there are many miracles. There are miracles of healing, liberation, redemption, outcome problems. Oh, I'm talking about a rich blessing life as a Christian, about a life which every second of the day is filled with Gods salvation, Gods Spirit. It's also a life that walks in truth. But in any event, you can receive "dunamis" by open your heart for the Holy Spirit. Kneel somewhere. Put up your hands and ask the Living God to fill you with the Holy Spirit. Do it in faith and your life won't be the same anymore.

Dear listener. Do you desire the presence of God in your life? Do you desire divine strength and consecration? Is your desire to tell people about The Lord Jesus, but don't have the courage? Oh, I've fantastic news for you!
In the Bible we can read, that apostle Paul asked12 believer (disciples of Jesus Christ) at Ephesus: Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed? "You can read it in Acts 19. What do you think was their answer? "No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit."

Because it concerned believers, brother Paul adopted that they however were baptized in water.
And he asked: "Into what then were you baptized?" Aha! They were baptized. "Into John's baptism." Afterwards they want to be baptized again, but this time in the wonderful name of the Lord Jesus.
But still the Holy Spirit didn't come on these righteous believers. After Paul laid his hands upon them, the Holy Spirit came on them; and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.
In this time there are also kind people, who believe in the Lord Jesus, but aren't fulfilled with the Holy Spirit. Oh, they perhaps even participate to an evangelization action. They talk about Jesus. They talk about the Holy Spirit. But the Holy Ghost is lacking. 2 Acts 1:8: Jesus says:" You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you (That's number 1) and you shall be My witnesses (number 2).

If you desire to be baptized with the Holy Spirit, open then at this moment your heart and spirit for Him. Because the Bible says in Acts 10: "While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on all who were listening to the message." And at this moment the Holy Spirit wants to fall on you too while you are listening to this message full of spirit and faith.

Put up your hands while I'm praying for you.
"Oh, mighty God and Father. In the marvelous name of Jesus Christ I come to you with the one who desires baptism in the Holy Spirit. We do not doubt but believe that at this moment the Holy Spirit will fall upon everyone who is listening to your servant. Please give Your divine power and fulfill everyone with the Holy Spirit that in belief stretches out itself there. For this we praise and thank You Lord."

And my dear friends: receive the Holy Spirit at this moment. Receive His power and glory. Receive it at this moment in the Name of Jesus and thank Him.

Dear listener. Listen carefully to what I tell you. It's unnecessary to say that we live in a chaotic world. Millions of people are out of hope. What's your distress? Is it fear, depression, loneliness, emptiness, grief, addiction, sickness or a sin? Are you desperate?
Oh, perhaps you've tried everything, but nothing worked. Humanly speaking is your situation hopeless. My dear friends: don't give up, because hope is there for you. God has an answer for you. Yes, God has given us the Bible. The Bible is God's voice. In the Bible I read in Exodus chapter 14, that there came a moment, in the lives of the Israeli people and Moses in which their situation was humanly speaking hopeless. In front of them was the water of the sea. They couldn't turn right or left because there were high mountains. And ... They couldn't turn back- or forwards, the enemy was pursuing them.

Perhaps you have difficulties. And you can't turn to the right, the left, for- or backwards. You stand as it were with the back against the wall. And what will you do? Oh, most people are looking to the circumstances; to their problems. The Israelites only saw the circumstances. "The Israelites were exceedingly frightened and cried out to the Lord." Yes, most people blame God when they're having problems! Whatever, I read that there was one man who didn't see the problems. His name is Moses. Although having the same problems like the rest of the Israelites, he expected God's miracle! In faith Moses said (and that also applies to you): "Fear not; stand still and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today." Yes, act like Moses, when you are in distress. See on God! And the Living God conquers your distress. Yes, God is always greater than your need! No night is too dark. No problem too great. No well is too deep, God can and will help you, at this very moment, during this program.

God did a miracle for Moses and the Israelites. He made a way where none was. And the Lord says to you: "And call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you." God wants to give you now the greatest miracle. It is the miracle of mercy. The miracle of salvation! Where ever you are: Kneel somewhere. The Lord Jesus, God's Son, stretch out His Hands to you. Ask Him for forgiveness. Confess your sins. Accept Jesus in your life. Give your life to Him. And ... belief on the basis of the Bible; you are God's child and saved for indefinitely. And if you are sick or in pain: Put up your hands in belief to God, receive healing and blessings in the name Of Jesus. Thank Him for the miracle and receive it.

Dear listener. A blind beggar was sitting by the roadside. He needed money to eat. At a given moment this man heard suddenly many people came beyond. The blind man, whose name was Bartimaeus, asked: "What's happening?" Some people answered: ´JESUS OF NAZARETH PASSES!"Perhaps he already heard a lot about Jesus. Maybe he had heard that as Jesus came beyond miracles happened.
He began to shout, saying: "Jesus, Son of David, have pity and mercy on me!" And many who walked at the front severely censured and reproved him, telling him: "Keep still!" But Bartimaeus kept on shouting. And Jesus stopped and asked him: "What do you want me to do for you?" The blind said: "Lord, let me receive my sight!" Jesus healed him and said: "your faith has healed you."

Read this story in Lucas 18. Are you just like Bartimaeus and do you have a need? Are you lonely, ill, addicted, bound or mental confused? Are you close to despair? Is your life miserable? Are you stuck into the sin? Whatever your need is: Call on Jesus! Perhaps you say: "Where is Jesus?" Jesus Christ hears EVERYWHERE the clamour of someone who wants be saved! The Living God has commissioned me to pass on to you, yes you, of Jesus. WHILE YOU ARE LISTENING TO THIS MESSAGE, IT IS ACTUALLY JESUS WHO PASSES. JESUS PASSES YOU. Jesus says:" Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to Him and will eat with him, and he with Me." (Revelation 3). At this very moment the Lord knocks at the door of your heart. He's asking you: "Do you want to be saved? May I come in?" What will you do, what will you say? Do you call on Jesus, just like Bartimaeus? The Bible says: "And it shall be that whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved ..." Start NOW to call on Jesus! Open NOW the door of your heart for Jesus! NOW He comes beyond! NOW it's the time of receiving mercy. There comes a day that it's too late to be saved. When is that? As Jesus returns to obtain Its children. There comes a day that all festivals on ground stop. There comes a day that there is no need for the gospel to be preached. Jesus comes obtain everyone who has accepted Him in their heart on that great day. What will you do when Jesus passes? Oh, perhaps you say: "Another time I shall invite Him, maybe tomorrow." Tomorrow can be too late.

The blind Bartimaeus call on Jesus as He passes. Bartimaeus didn't wait till next day or waited a half year. He didn't say: "I need time for reflection." As soon as he heard Jesus passes him, he called on Jesus. And what will you do? Oh, accept Jesus at this moment, have faith in Him, invite Him into your life. Kneel somewhere and sincerely ask forgiveness for ALL your sins. Invite Him into your heart. And ... follow Him. Go along with the procession of Christians! Never forget: When Jesus comes beyond, He calms down the most terrible storm. In Jesus presence wonders and signs happened. If Jesus passes: what will you do? Take the best decision!

Dear listener. It's phenomenal when you are baptized with the Holy Ghost. Unfortunately many Christians think that they are done with that. But I tell you: There is more. And if you desire to become more of Gods Spirit, then I have good news for you.
In the Old Testament of the Bible we can read what God said to Samuel: "Arise, anoint him (David), this is he. Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him (David) in the midst of his brothers. And the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon David from that day forward."
1 Samuel 16:12-13.
David was anointed with oil and received the Holy Spirit. Was this one-off?No! After this awesome event David were put ointment with oil two more times and received Gods Spirit upon him.

In the Bible we can read that the disciples received the Holy Spirit while Jesus was still in this world. In John 20 verse 22 we can read: "And having said this, He (Jesus) breathed on them and said to them (the disciples), receive the Holy Spirit."
You would say: "That is sufficient." But there is more! The second time that they were filled with the Holy Spirit was on the day of Pentecost. The Bible says: "And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues (languages)."

Hallelujah! What a magnificent experience.

But was this all? No, there was more. In Acts 4:31 we read: "And when they had prayed, the place in which they were assembled was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit." Maybe you were also filled with the Holy Spirit once. I tell you: "There is more."The living God wants to give you more of His Spirit. All you have to do is: Surrender yourself for 100 % to God. Turn your back away from sins. Don't search for externalities such as events of Gods Spirit, but search God, Himself. Do not look for His miracles, but look upon the donor. With other words: Have constant contact with Him, the Living God wants to give you more of His Spirit.

Let's pray: "Mighty God and Father. In the name of Jesus Christ I come to you with all auditors, those who desire more of Your Spirit. Oh Lord, come at this moment with Your power, Your glory, Your holiness and Your anointing for all our listener. Fulfill my dear brother or sister again with Your Holy Spirit. Run through their life with Your presence. We thank You for Your mercy. Praise the Lord. Amen!"

Dear listener. It's awesome that there is a living God who wants to talk to us. In the first place He does it by the Bible. The Bible is the written Word of God. The Bible is written for God by people who were fulfilled with His Spirit. God spoke to Jeremiah in Jeremiah 30:2: "Thus says the Lord of Israel: Write all the words that I have spoken to you in a book ..."
Yes, the living God commissioned several people to write down the words He spoke. All these words are collected en we can read it in what we call: The Bible. Because the Bible is God's Word, is it the truth. The Bible says in Psalms 119:160: "The sum of Your word is truth."

Do you want God to speak to you? Read The Bible! Do you want to know what the truth is? Read the Bible! Do you want God to comfort and encourage you? Read the Bible!

Moreover God also speaks to people by means of circumstances. I can recall that once I asked God where I can bring out the Gospel. And what happened? Within 30 minutes a minister called me, whom I have never spoken to, with entreaty to bring the gospel in two villages and gave me their names. The Lord God spoke to me through this minister. And what the Lord did for me, He wants to do it also for you. Another manner how He speaks to people is by using His prophetess and His children with prophetical talent. The Bible says in 2 Chronicles 20:20:

"Believe in the Lord, Your God, and you shall be established; believe and remain steadfast to His prophets and you shall prosper."

The Lord once spoke by means of me to His children and says also now to you: "My child, don't forget that I love you with an eternal love and that I've called you to make great My name among the peoples. Be not afraid, do not see on people, because I am with you and protect you against all evil.

Also in difficult days which will come, it is I that protect you and lay My hand on you so that you will not go under. Beware that you are precious in My eyes and that I'll give the blessing of what you have sown in my name." So speak the Lord, and "my words are yes and amen."

Dear listener. There is One who wants to be your best friend. There is One who loves you very much. There is One who will dry your tears when you are in grieve or sorrow. There is One who wants to heal your internal when you are wounded. The One is Jesus Christ!
Yes, as Gods anointed servant, I want to show you the way to the Lord Jesus Christ, the son of the living God. Maybe you ask: "But evangelist Voordewind, why do you only point to Jesus and not to someone else?" Listen what what Jesus has told.
In John 14 verse 6 He says: "I am the Way and the Truth and the Life." Are you searching for the truth? Jesus is the Truth. Are you searching for the best way of belief and life? Jesus is the Way. Are you searching for the real life? Jesus is Life. Are you looking for the most pure form of love? Jesus says in John 15:19: "As the Father loves me, so do I love you." Yes, Jesus loves you! And are you searching for inner peace? Jesus says in John 14:27: "My peace I give you." Yes, the Lord Jesus wants to fill your heart with peace under all circumstances. Are you lonely? Jesus says in Mathew 28:20: " I am with you all the days."
When you are a follower of Jesus, He will be with you all the days. Do you want Him to be with you? Follow Jesus! Yes, whatever you need for belief or in life: You need Jesus. I indicate the people on Jesus, because there is no other way to have a relationship with the living God. I indicate you on Jesus, because there is no one else who can save people. There is no one else than Jesus. It's Jesus and only Jesus! I wish you a joyful life with the Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear listener. There are a lot of people who sing and talk about the Holy Ghost. This can be, because they know Him, but it also can be that they only sing or talk about Gods Spirit without knowing Him at all. There are people who talk about others without knowing them. What every disciple of Jesus Christ need is: not only sing or talk about the Holy Ghost, but also to learn about the Holy Ghost.
Jesus once said to His disciples in John 14: "But you know Him." Jesus spoke about the Holy Ghost. How can you learn about the Holy Ghost? The Bible says in Acts 5:32: "And we are witnesses of these things, and the Holy Spirit is also, whom God has bestowed on those who obey Him." Those who obey the living God will receive the Holy Ghost. And those who received the Holy Ghost shall walk with the Spirit and become a student of Him.
The Bible says in Galations 5 verse 16: " Walk within the Spirit and ignore the passionate desires of the flesh." When you daily live and talk with someone, you will know him more and better.
This rule doesn't apply only for the natural but it is also for the spiritual world. The more you walk and talk with the Holy Ghost, the better you will learn about and from Him. And as you walk with Gods Spirit, it's important to listen carefully, because He wants to talk to you.
We read in Acts chapter 11: "And He spoke to me." To who did the Holy Spirit speak? To Peter. And The Holy Ghost spoke in Acts 13 to a group of Jesus Christ's disciples. And even today the Holy Spirit wants to talk to all who believe in Jesus Christ.
So I say: Be a disciple of Jesus, obey what the living God says in His Word, receive the Holy Spirit, walk and listen to what The Spirit tells you to do. And... obey Him. What a blessed Christian life you shall have.
I wish you Gods powerful blessing in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!

I pray: "O, God. In the Name of Jesus Christ, I come to You with this man, women, boy or girl that have a need. I ask You to touch this person now with the power of Your Spirit, in the Name of Jesus. O, Lord heal this person for 100%. Heal from the top of his head to the soles of his feet.
We pray for all the problems. Whatever the problem may be, give a miracle. My dear friend, receive healing in Jesus' Name.
Receive deliverance from all your problems in Jesus Name.
And receive the power of the Holy Ghost. Receive the anointing. Receive it now, in the Name of Jesus Christ. And be free. Amen!" "
But He (Jesus) was pierced for our transgressions, He (Jesus) was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5).
Don't forget: God is always greater then your need! God loves you.

Dear listener, in the Bible we can read the magnificent prayer of king Asa. In 2 Chronicles 14:11 we can read: "Then Asa cried to the Lord, His God and said: Oh Lord, there is none besides You to help, and it makes no difference to You whether the one You help is mighty or powerless. Help us,
Oh Lord our God! For we rely on You, and we go against this multitude in Your name. Oh Lord, You are our God; let no man prevail against You! What we learn are the following

Number 1: The prayer was not long, but short. It contains 57 words. The strength of a prayer is not in the length. The length of a prayer isn't important, but how righteous you are.
Number 2: The prayer was sincere. King Asa called to God.

Number 3: The prayer had been aimed to the living God. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Number 4: Asa trusted God. He prayed: "For we rely on You." He didn't support on people. Not on an institution. He relies on the living God at who everything is possible.

Number 5: Asa asked God to help him. He asked: "Help us." Psalms 18:7 says: "In my distress I called upon the Lord and cried to my God; He heard my voice out of His temple, and my cry came before Him, into His ears."

Number 6: The prayer was positive!

Number 7: Asa admit the unlimited strength of the living God. He prayed after all: "There is none besides You, to help the impotent." Yes, he praised what's impossible at people, is possible at God.

And then
Number 8: King Asa didn't think to its honor, but to the honor of God. He prayed: "let no man prevail against You."

Number 9: Asa prayed that he prepared a battle in the name of the Lord. Not in our name, but in the name of the Lord we are victor. And finally

Number 10: The prayer of king Asa was completely answered by God. How awesome. Magnificent prayer lessons! Let us in faith follow this example of prayer and watch out that our prayers, towards Gods holy wants, heard and it will be interrogated on Gods time.
Amen!
